12 weeks of 1-on-1 work with Ash to help you define wellness, build a personalized plan to achieve it, and put the plan into action to get you there.

The easiest way to accomplish something is to learn from someone who has already done that thing.

In 1-on-1 coaching, you and I work directly together to make a plan and execute it so you can achieve your wellness goals without feeling confused, overwhelmed, or frustrated.

We will dial in the basics first (nutrition, movement, & rest as needed), then dive deep into the rest to get you to where you want to go.

What is personal coaching?

Personal coaching is a tailored process that helps you identify goals, reshape habits, and cut your path to success (however you define it). The ultimate goal is to enhance your well-being and performance in your area of focus. 

What exactly does your coaching help with?

We create results through individualized nutrition, exercise, self-exploration, and restoration protocols.

We work together to expand your self-awareness, EQ, and resilience.

We build an understanding of your nutrition and exercise preferences, and create sustainable practices for each throughout the process.

In summary: you will be stronger, healthier, and more confident in yourself once our time together is complete.

What results can I expect from coaching?

Expect a greater sense of well-being, an enhanced sense of calm, and a deeper sense of resilience physically, mentally, and emotionally.

You will feel more prepared to take on your goals and move with confidence as we progress through the 3 months together, and you will take that confidence with you once coaching is complete.

How do I know if coaching is working?

Numbers: we will measure specific metrics via research-backed assessment tools and track them over time.

Feelings: you'll know it. You may feel lighter, more confident, energized, more sure of which direction to go next. 

Others: others may begin to comment on the changes they notice in you as we progress through our time together (and beyond).

What commitment is required?

Coaching is a 3 month time commitment so we have plenty of runway to work with. During this time, attendance to weekly sessions (flexible scheduling), openness to self-reflection and change, and a willingness to actively apply learned strategies in daily life are also required.

How are coaching sessions conducted?

Coaching sessions are conducted online via video conferencing platforms. If we live near each other, we can discuss meeting in person if preferred. Communication available between sessions via text and email.

Who is this for?

If you are seeking personal or professional growth, this is for you. Whether you’re facing specific challenges, aiming to elevate your performance, or simply wish to enhance your well-being, I'm here for you.

Specialties include folks in the mortgage/real estate industry, corporate employees/executives, and former collegiate/professional athletes.

Who is this not for?

This is not for people who: Are looking to address serious health issues. Always work with your doctor.

Are highly advanced with self-care practices and do not need someone to help them be consistent.

Have it all figured out: fitness, nutrition, emotional health, and general well-being are on point.

Need professional mental health care to manage a serious diagnosis. 

How much does coaching cost?

Coaching is $349/month, with a 3 month initial commitment. If desired, month-to-month continuation option available after the initial 3 months are complete. 

How do I start with the coaching process?

  1. We get on a ~30 minute call (sign up here) to talk about your goals, needs, and current struggles.
  2. I’ll give you my perspective, and if I think we are a good fit, I’ll tell you. Then we hang up and you have time to let me know if you want to proceed or not. No pressure on the phone, no forced sign ups while we’re on the call, no uncomfy sales tactics.
  3. If I don’t think we’re a good fit, I’ll tell you. Then I’ll provide you with a few referrals that I think could provide better support for your specific needs and goals. I don’t want to take your time and money if I think someone else could help you better than I can. Period.
  4. If you do decide to sign up, we’ll schedule our next call and begin our weekly cadence!
